How to share Google Calendar?
You can share Google calendar pretty straight forward. Here is how you can do it,
1. Open Google Calendar -
Go to Google Calendar and then log into that with your Google account.
2. Access Calendar Settings -
A.On the left side, find the calendar you want to share under "My calendars."
B. Hover over the calendar name, click on the three vertical dots (Options), and select "Settings and sharing."
3. Share with Specific People -
A. Scroll down to the "Share with specific people" section.
B. Click "Add people."
C. Enter the email address of the person you want to share the calendar with.
D. Choose the permissions you want to grant (See only free/busy, See all event details,
Make changes to events, or Make changes and manage sharing).
E. Click "Send."
4. Share a Public Link (Optional) -
A. If you want to make the calendar public, scroll down to the "Access permissions for events" section.
B. Check the box "Make available to public."
C. You can then share the calendar link by copying the URL that appears.
5. Share via URL (Optional) -
A. In the "Integrate calendar" section, you can find the "Public URL to this calendar" and "Secret address in iCal format."
B. You can share these URLs with others to view or integrate the calendar into other applications.
6. Notify the Recipients -
A. The people you’ve shared the calendar with will receive an email invitation.
B. They need to accept the invitation to add the calendar to their Google Calendar list.
