Today I will write about How to delete a page in Google Docs with step by step process to do it.

For this we have to open Google Workspace so we can actually see how to delete a page in Google docs.

How to delete a page in Google Docs?

To delete a page in Google Docs can be done in some ways, depending on why the page exists. Here I will show you some method to help you delete or remove the writing or content in a page -

 

Permanent Removal from page -

1. Click on the "file", then go below and click on "Move To Trash" -

2. Then a message will show Up on the screen and there will 2 options to get on the new page 

    Take out the trash and Go to docs home screen
    

 This process will take 30 days to proceed means the permanent removal and if you have shared it with some people they can make copy out of it until deleted permanently from Google Docs.

Removing the Unwanted Element from Page 

Sometimes, an extra page created because of text or elements like tables, images and page breaks but you can remove them with these steps -

1. Highlight the text or Elements - Click and drag your mouse over the text or elements you want to delete.

 

2. You can press Delete or Backspace key - This will remove the highlighted content.

Direct Delete -

1. Click on the Edit option, then go below and press "Delete" options.

Before You do it you select the entire content.
