1. First you should download the Blink Home Monitor app Link, then install the app and open it in your preferred browser. You have to sign up to create account there and follow the instructions. You will get a message "Welcome to Blink - press the + button to add a device". You will see the plus button upside on the right corner.
2. Then after pressing the + button you will be on next step where will be some options. You just have sync the module with your device. Click "Sync Module". Then a QR scan option will be there so what you should do then is to turn upside down (the right one in the below image)
